My name is Kenny Bowyer, and I am a 36-year old, born again Christian. It’s taken many trials and errors, but I have come to realize that God loves us, NO MATTER WHAT, and that Jesus DOES NOT CARE about our past. All that matters, is that He wants a personal relationship with us. How awesome is that.
I’m married to my beautiful wife Angie, and we have 3 great kids: Kolby and Brett (13-year old twins) and Rylinn (my 4-year old princess). I am the Youth Pastor at at The Cutting Edge. I love working with the youth.
I love sports of all kinds (watching and playing), working out, reading and spending time with my family. I did some sports writing on the side for several years, but now I am doing my writing for good and not evil. Case in point: I released my first book, a teen devotional called “A Moment With God: A Teen Devotional”. I am so excited to enter the world as a published author…only God could have done that.
I have also had the honor of being an emcee for a few events. Those that know me, know I have no problem talking, so it is only fitting that I actually enjoy emceeing events. Past events have been:
- Mayes County Relay For Life (May of 2012)
- Chouteau Black Buggy Day (September of 2012)
